INFORMATION AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The attached 2022 Edition of the Bridge Management System 2 (BMS2) represents a revised publication
incorporating previously issued Strike-Off Letters, editorial changes and changes from clearance
transmittal comments. This Transmittal is a follow-up to Strike-Off Letter 495-19-7 that details the 2019
Edition of Publication 100A.
This edition is effective immediately.
